Built using Drupal’s Open-Source content management system, Vertica’s website features intuitive search functionality and well-structured content that illustrates the company’s commitment to the community, and to providing exceptional user experience. While the first iteration of the site was built for a distinctly “corporate” audience, shifting the language and layout to be more resident-facing has helped increase traffic, and tenancy in Vertica’s portfolio of properties.

As Vertica entered the market as a fresh brand, it was important that we used multiple strategies to increase brand awareness for the proverbial new kid in town. We utilized traditional advertising channels such as brochures, large scale outdoor campaigns and advertisements to drive traffic to the digital assets, essentially complementing their presence. Targeting major cities where Vertica operates (Toronto & the GTA, Calgary, Montreal and other markets) also helped increase national brand prevalence in the apartment rental industry.
